Because our class sizes are strictly limited and materials are prepared well in advance, cancellations are subject to a fee based on the total tuition of the class. This fee is deducted from the funds you have already paid. • 24-Hour Grace Period: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a 100% refund. • 30 or more days prior to class: No fee. 100% refund of all funds paid. • 14 to 29 days prior to class: Cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total tuition. • 4 to 13 days prior to class: Cancellation fee equal to 35% of the total tuition. • 3 days (72 hours) or fewer prior to class: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tuition.
