What is the Color Match Method?
The Color Match Method is a method of doing a Color Analysis as a professional, it is rooted in the "Tonal" system, which is basically learning how to identify and apply the dominant characteristics, light, dark, cool, warm, bright, and soft to a person's appearance. Along with determining he undertone, identifying the dominant characteristics will give you the answer to the palette that a person will look best in.
Who can attend the Boot Camp?
Color Analysis Bootcamp is currently for Hairdressers and other salon professionals who have some background in applying color theory to hair color and make up. We will soon be adding classes for Boutique Owners and other professions. Get on our mailing list for new class announcements.
Is the class available on line?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We keep our classes small so you can get the attention you need. We will 100% refund your fee if you cancel within 14 days of the training. If cancellations are done within 7 days, you will receive 75% refund. No refund if within 7 days of the class
How much does it cost?
The fee for the class is $900 for 3 days in person training. Price TBD for the on line classes.
When is the next class offered in person?
The next in person class is July 27-29, 2025 in Raleigh NC
Will I travel to you to train you in your Salon?
Yes, for a minimum number of participants, I will go to your salon or boutique. Email me for more information.
Is there any continuing support offered with the class?
Yes, it is crucial to have a mentor when you first start your Color Analysis business. Initially the first 30 days after you take the class I will allow you to text me with questions. Thereafter, I do live zoom monthly with students to review questions and continue to support you as you develop your business.

About the Bootcamps
How is this different from traditional color theory training for stylists?
I have made a simple method of doing color analysis that has parameters and guidelines for you to follow that will give you the skills and tools to easily apply this knowledge to your analysis. There is no guesswork or complicated formulas to the Color Match Method.
How is this different from traditional color theory training for stylists?
Many methods out there are complicated and have too many variations of the seasons. Our method is simple, we have only 12 seasons and our method is easy to understand. We believe that you should be able to teach your clients how to apply this to there everyday choices in colors and not to make it so difficult that they can never find the specific color in a book. require very high training fees and mandatory use of their tools, we do not. We hope that you love our tools and want to use them but we understand that when just starting out it can get expensive. We also believe in offering continuing support as many questions will arise after you start your business that you may not have during our training.
Will I be certified or recognized after completing the Bootcamp?
No training can promise you a license as there is currently no governing board for Color Analysis in America but you will be certified in our method.
Do you offer bootcamps customized for other beauty industry professionals?
yes, email me with details and we can discuss options.
Do I get any tools or materials with the training?
You can purchase the drapes and the flags from us if you choose to do so, we also make the palettes and digital information for you to give to your clients. There are several options out there, however, we believe out tools are the best available on the market. They are reasonable priced and very well made.
What will I be able to do after completing the Bootcamp?
Yes, our students have said they feel totally capable of performing an analysis after taking the class. We use live models with a wide range of characteristics in the class to assure you get a well rounded experience while in our Boot Camp.
How long is the Bootcamp, and is there any time commitment afterwards?
Currently the in person training for salon professionals is a 3 day class. We are not a franchise and you are your own boss and run your business as you see fir. We do NOT require any long term sales minimums or obligation.
I don't want to wait -- can you bring a 1:1 or group bootcamp right to me or my team?
Yes, if you have a minimum number of participants, I will go to you or if you are in Raleigh NC, we can arrange a private training at my studio
